Live Tracking and Notifications

Track your customer's progress in reviewing and completing the payment link, live from within the Capchase app and from within Salesforce CRM. Gain step-by-step visibility so you can see where they left off and support them to completion as needed.

Real-time tracking

Gain real-time visibility into your customer’s interactions with the payment link, including these status updates and time stamps:

  • Created
  • Opened
  • Company details added
  • Payment method added
  • Agreements signed
  • Completed

This feature saves you time by letting you know exactly where your buyer is with completing the payment link so you can support, or nudge them, as needed to close your deal fully.

There is also an activity log that shows the date and timestamp of each progress milestone.

Connect Slack for real-time notifications

You can now seamlessly connect the Capchase app to your Slack workspace to gain visibility of critical events as they happen. Think of events like Buyer Qualification Results, Payment Link Opened, or Payment Link Completed.

By default, users will receive notifications aligned with their user role type. You can modify the types of notifications each user receives by contacting your Program Manager.
